The story
Born in salty conditions, shaped through Aegean's wind.
Salty Nomad started from a life spent around the sea — early mornings in the water, long days under the sun, wind-filled afternoons, and spontaneous trips where sand somehow ends up everywhere.
I wanted clothes that could move with that lifestyle: effortless, durable, comfortable, and made for days that don’t really have a plan. From the beach to the boat, from training to travelling, Salty Nomad was created for people who feel most at home wherever the sea takes them.

This policy explains how Salty Nomad (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit saltynomadfam.com or buy from us. We are based in Greece and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Your email address when you sign up for our newsletter; your order details (name, shipping address, email and phone number) when you place an order once our shop is live; any messages you send us; and basic technical data — for example, your shopping bag is stored locally on your own device so it isn’t lost between visits.
How we use it
To send you the news and offers you asked for, to process and deliver your orders, to reply to your questions, and to keep the website working properly.
Our legal basis
Your consent for marketing emails (you can withdraw it at any time), and performing our contract with you when you place an order.
Who we share it with
Only trusted services that help us run the business — for example MailerLite for our newsletter, and payment and shipping providers once the shop launches. They receive only what they need to do their job, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, unsubscribe from emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link), or object to how we use it. Just email info@saltynomadfam.com.
Keeping your data
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, then delete it.

Our products
We design and sell clothing inspired by life around the Aegean. Product photos and colours may vary slightly from the real item. Some pieces may be shown as “coming soon” before they are available to buy.
Orders & prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once our shop is live, placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock). We’ll confirm your order by email.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider once checkout is enabled. We do not store your card details.
Shipping & delivery
We ship from Greece. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under distance-selling rules. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. [Add your exact return window, who pays return shipping, and how to start a return here.]
Intellectual property
The Salty Nomad name, logo, designs, text and images are ours. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or available.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Greece.
